Hi, Our Vanta subscription renews on January 18, 2027, and we're reviewing it before then. We currently pay about $18,000 a year. We've been approached by another vendor in this space (Complyo), with quotes starting around $9,000 a year. We'd prefer to stay if the numbers work. To renew, we're looking for: - An annual price of $10,800 or less - A renewal price cap of 3% or less for the following year - No automatic seat or tier increases without our sign-off Could you send an updated proposal by October 14, 2026?
